TravelWealth's 2025 Roadmap: Five Enhancements Ahead

Over the years, TravelWealth has evolved into a premier concierge service, seamlessly blending luxury travel design and innovative Points Wealth Management for high spenders and small business owners. As we aim to set a higher standard in 2025, we are focused on several initiatives that refine and elevate the services our members value most.  

Our mission is clear: creating a more tailored membership that prioritizes our focus on extraordinary experiences, personalized service, and exceptional value.

Each initiative we introduce is thoughtfully designed with this vision in mind. While these updates may bring subtle changes to how you’ve traditionally engaged with TravelWealth, they represent a deliberate evolution to deliver a more focused, premium, and valuable membership experience – one that reflects the very best of what we do.

These five initiatives are:

Initiative #1:
New Membership Levels 

 TravelWealth caters to a membership with diverse travel needs: occasional leisure travelers and frequent jet-setters, solo travelers and large groups, meticulous planners and last-minute bookers.  We manage requests ranging from epic around-the-world adventures to simple domestic trips and routine administrative tasks. Naturally, the services and resources dedicated to each account vary greatly.

To better align with your travel lifestyle and the attention each account requires, we’re introducing two new membership tiers. Both tiers uphold our hallmark Points & Miles Wealth Management expertise while focusing our resources on the most valuable member experiences.

Gold Premier
Designed for individuals and small business owners who want to maximize rewards while independently managing their travel. This level prioritizes the "Wealth" in TravelWealth, focusing on personalized Points Wealth Management strategy without any travel bookings or trip management – instead, members will have access to our new Self-Booking Portal, and access to a library of resources and newsletters to self-manage points and travels.


Black Elite
Integrating both the "Travel" and "Wealth" sides of TravelWealth, this tier is an upgraded version of the full-service experience you've come to expect, including enhanced Points Wealth Management, unlimited travel planning, and additional improvements and focus on our most valuable services. This tier remains flexible and customizable to accommodate a wide range of travel habits. More on the exciting benefits of this tier below.


Rollout Date: Full details will be shared by February 1. Each member will be thoughtfully assigned to the tier that best reflects their membership usage and travel style.

Initiative #2:
Scheduled Check-in Sessions

In 2025, we’re enhancing member communication to ensure that your points strategies and travel planning aligns with your goals. Regular check-ins with your dedicated Points Wealth Manager will help you optimize strategies, unlock exclusive benefits, and make the most of your TravelWealth membership.

Our goal is to meet with you at least twice a year for focused 15-30 minute sessions. Whether charting out your upcoming travel plans or strategically maximizing your points, these sessions are designed to keep you on the right track.

Initiative #3:
Dedicated Travel Designer Teams 


In 2024, the TravelWealth team nearly doubled in size to better serve our members. Meet the Team HERE. Despite this growth, we remain committed to preserving the hallmark personalization that defines the TravelWealth experience.

In 2025, we are introducing dedicated Travel Designer Teams, hand-selected for each member. This tailored approach ensures that every member is paired with a team of experts aligned with your travel style and preferences. 

Unlike larger, impersonal agencies (ahem, Amex Travel), TravelWealth is proud to remain boutique by design—prioritizing personalization, attention to detail, and consistent, exceptional service from a trusted team that truly knows you.

Rollout Date: Your dedicated Travel Designer Team will be assigned in Q2.

Initiative #4:
Self-help Booking Tools & Guides

We’re excited to soon offer seamless access to some of TravelWealth’s most exclusive travel experiences and partnerships, all at your fingertips. We are developing tools and resources that will offer:

  • Hotel bookings through TravelWealth’s prestigious consortia partnerships, featuring VIP amenities that are not available through public booking channels
     

  • Curated experiences, tours, and destination inspiration
     

  • Premium black car services for added comfort and convenience
     

  • Guides to assist with flights that you may book on your own

These resources will give you the freedom to plan elevated travel on your schedule while maintaining the luxury you expect from TravelWealth.

Rollout Date: Beginning in Q1, with ongoing development throughout the year.

Initiative #5:
Membership Scope Clarity &
New "Guest Traveler" Benefit

To focus our resources on delivering the highest value and most exceptional experiences, we are clarifying and refining the scope of our services. More details will be provided with your membership level assignment. 

Since TravelWealth's beginning, Trip Requests have been limited to the primary members, their children under 25 years old, and guests traveling on the same itinerary (same flight, same hotel, etc.). While we understand the desire to book additional trips for your extended family, adult children, friends, and work colleagues when you aren't traveling with them, we are unable to fulfill these requests for Gold Premier members. However, we are happy to discuss membership options for these additional travelers.

For Black Elite members, we are thrilled to introduce an exciting enhancement: the ability to book "Guest Trips" even when the member is not traveling. While certain guidelines and parameters will be in place, this exclusive benefit extends the reach of your membership, offering an even higher level of flexibility and value for Black Elite members. 

Rollout Date: Effective immediately.

My Closing Thoughts 

As you can see, the TravelWealth team has hit the ground running in 2025. Travel demand continues to boom, with new Trip Requests in December 2024 and January 2025 marking the two busiest months in the history of the company. When we're not working on your upcoming trips, we'll continue pursuing ambitious initiatives designed to deliver an even higher level of service and more extraordinary travel experiences.
