Yes. Plastiq charges 2.9% on all transactions completed through their service. Be sure to reach out to us if you want to confirm which card is best to use on each transaction.

With Plastiq, it opens up more opportunities to hit credit card sign-up bonuses or earn points on everyday payments you otherwise would not be able to use a credit card.

First-time payments will be received within eight (8) business days. Once you set up recurring payments, you can choose the date that your payment will arrive.

Are there restrictions on what type of transactions a particular credit card can be used for?

Yes.
MasterCard is accepted for all transactions, including mortgages
Visa is accepted for all transactions, except mortgages

Plastiq denied my payment, what should I do?

In some cases, Plastiq has denied payments that should have been accepted. Should you incur a denial, send a live chat message to Plastiq about the issue and they will re-code the payment for you, allowing it to be accepted moving forward.
